Shipment in the United States   1. Pack the refractometer in a suitable cushioned box.  Enclose a note explaining the reason for return (ie: Type of damage, when it was purchased, etc.).

2. Mail the unit via Air Parcel Post or United Parcel Service (UPS) addressed to:

Aquafauna Bio-Marine, Inc. 
4643 W. Rosecrans Ave 
Hawthorne, California 90250 USA 
Shipment from outside the United States.   1. Pack the refractometer in a suitable cushioned box. Enclose a note explaining the reason for return (ie: Type of damage, when it was purchased, etc.).

2. Mail the unit via Air Parcel Post or via DHL/Federal Express to: 

Aquafauna Bio-Marine, Inc. 
4643 W. Rosecrans Ave 
Hawthorne, California 90250 USA 

3. For customs purposes, if the refractometer is being returned for inspection/repair, mark the customs form as:

"DAMAGED - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"

4. By separate mail or via email or fax, send letter stating the date of mailing, reason for return, type of damage, when it was purchased, invoice #, etc.

 

DO NOT SEND VIA AIRFREIGHT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
